We extensive treasury and investment experience. Due changes in legisation we longer provide advice requiring registration under the finanical advisor act but can provide advice incidental to accountancy services and front and back office functions. Experience includes:

• Designed treasury processes to support increased debt levels, secured lines of credit and issued floating rate debt
• Improved liquidity and interest rate risk management to reduce cost of borrowing
• Managed the transition of investment funds to new fund managers to increase long term gains
• Supported the treasury functions through restructures. Developed long term plans,annual reports and annual plans and financial models
