With the increase in regulation, especially in the Financial Services sector, the ability to demonstrate compliance is a key challenge facing businesses today. We have been involved in the compliance sector for several years and has experience in solutions for anti-money laundering, financial crime, Basel, MiFID, Sarbanes Oxley, FSA and NZ Finance Act.
